50 years ago today, around about 11:30pm tonight. Marilyn Monroe had passed away at the age of 36. Her death was announced on the 5th of August. She had completed 29 films and was on number 30 but she sadly passed away. Her legend has lived on throughout the 50 years and will forever carry on. R.I.P. Norma Jeane, June 1st 1926 - August 5th 1962
